Globee Launched World's Largest Transformative Multilingual BPO

Globee
is a joint venture between South Korea 's
largest BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) service company, UBASE and Everise,

The
launch was officiated by Datuk Yasmin Mahmood, CEO of Malaysia Digital Economy
Corporation who welcomed Globee's establishment in Malaysia . "We believe Globee
will elevate the customer experience aspect in Malaysia 's Global Business Services
(GBS) sector," she shared.

Agarwal, CEO of Everise (http://www.c3connect.com/team) stated that companies
need to partner with their clients and leverage technology to offer
differentiated business models, forming the overall customer experience that
brands need to achieve to compete globally.
Sudhir
also shared more on how Globee uses the convergence of technology and
multilingual experience to offer solutions. "We have set up a Globee Lab
within the center, tapping on AI's power to incubate and innovate products,
further enhancing the customer experience that is delivered."
